I woke up this morning looked up at the clock as I lay there, 6.35, I reached over to my glasses and placed them on my face, yep my eyes haven't deterated over night.

I sat up a thumping in my head said lay back down, as I did the thumping hurt more so I sat up again this went on for several minutes until I could decide what to do.
Now my dog had stured and wanted his breakfast as I dressed you could see his short legs being swead side to side by his wagging tail all two inches of it.

I took two asprins with a cold drink of milk I had poured into my best dad mug and fed the dog then as I was the only one up decided to take the dog for that ellisive walk that he always creaved.
Closeing the front door quitely we made our way along the busy road towards the big park we use for long walks George looked excited as his sniffed his way along the narrow path not flintching at the very large truck bearing down on us. whoosh as I sped past the air pushing George into the fence as he looked up to see why.

My mind was on the truck as dark thoughts entered my mind, to day is one of those days when I don't care if I live or die.

upon entering the park with the long grass on the two football pitches I started to wonder around the edge of the park George by my side stoping now and again to have a sniff and a wee like he does, before I new it we had gone full circle as I parked my self on a bench.

George ran off having his made half hour coming back now and again as he does just to make sure I am there, as I held my head, I thought It's not even self inflicted pain.
