I can't tell you how much fun it was to write "The End" because most of you already know.

MH, are you referring to word count "70k" ? Because usually when you do some serious editing and revision you'll lose many words. Might be a bit thin..

I would certainly submit it to your editor for review and feedback. Do you have an agent or what is you pub plan?

Yeah 70k word count I am going back through it right not revising it to make sure all of the details make sense. After I revise I am going to send it to my editor and let her have her way with it. After that I figure my best bet is to try and find an agent.

OK, most books are from 80 - 150 K words. Something to think about.

Yeah, I've read that. The upside is that I have been finding areas to expand upon while I'm doing my initial rewrite just in chapter two I

Oh are you familier with Xlibris? I know its a POD, but are they reputable?

How are you doing, Scott? Long time. I have been very busy. Taking care of my family and enjoying my son who is now 1 years old. I never got around to starting the sequel to my first book, "The Game: The Rules Have Changed." I will begin writing it soon. Take care.

Read it over and over and over. Let someone read it also. I found out that editing can be quite expensive and the publisher's themselves are not perfect. Whatever you do...don't rush. Take your time. In the end, you'll have a beautiful masterpiece. Take care.

Thanks man I always appreciate the input of others, I have been doing that for the past couple days. It's slow progress but I figure slow and steady wins the race

Having someone read it is a great idea, just make sure that someone is not a family member..

Hi Madhatta

Write a synopsis (plenty of advice on how to do that by Goggling the word “synopsis”)
Then pitch it to an editor or agent. Be sure to totally check out if the agent is legitment. Be sure
that they are handling the genre and the length (79k) you are writing in.
