WRDF’S Blog,
Between the Lines, is looking for book reviewers. If you’re interested, review the following information before applying.
1. All books are sent as pdf files.
2. You must review a minimum of two books per month and are expected to return your book reviews in the allotted time schedule.
3. Familiarize yourself with our review format and rating system. You will find these at
Between the Lines.
4. Reviews do not need to be lengthy, but they do need to be complete. Blurbs are posted with the reviews, so we don't need another blurb. What we need is an honest evaluation from you, the reader, giving us a real sense of what this read was like for you. Give us the high's and low's. Be sure to state the reasons for your opinions. Give praise, where deserved, and constructive analysis where needed. Never be sarcastic or mean.
5. Some things that can be covered in a review are: plotting, dialogue, pacing, character development, setting, time period, emotional impact, adventure, intrigue, humor, author's voice, conclusion, world-building, was it believable, over-all impression, motivation, conflict, goals, point-of-view, etc.
